SOUS CHEF
We are an independant country Pub and restaurant
We use only fresh ingredients and everything is made in house, so you will need the experience and ability to create your own dishes and will have input into new menus on a seasonal basis.
We offer a good salary for the right candidate, our present Sous Chef emigrates in November and so we would be looking at a start date of mid / early October.
FULL TIME WAITRESS
Experience is preferable
You will be supervising staff in the restaurant managers abscence
meeting and greeting customers, etc.
